JohnnyT 12
We love veggies, but does anyone have any ideas for a dip that we can make/buy that is Whole 30 compliant??
jrustdc 215
Make the mayo from Well Fed (also in ISWF) and add herbs, garlic powder and salt to taste.
Andrea D. 135
I have a totally ridiculously easy one... do you have a Penzey's Spices or Savory Spice Shop near you? I take 1 cup homemade mayo and 2T Penzey's Sunny Paris and 1/4 cup water (to rehydrate the spice blend for about 5 minutes), whisk together and refrigerate for a couple of hours... Great for ranch dressing or veggie dip. If you don't have access to the Sunny Paris spice, Well Fed has fabulous dressing recipes as well.
jrustdc 215
Oooo. I love Penzey's. I'll have to get some Sunny Paris the next time I'm there. But I try to stay away - it's dangerous to my wallet!!

Aberrantatavia 346
I use avocado as a base for a lot of my dips. I make one with avocado, mayo, coconut milk, shallot, apple cider vinegar, and then finish it with a bunch of cilantro. I also mix egg yolks from boiled eggs with some avocado and mayo and a little smoked paprika and salt and pepper. Then fill the eggs for deviled eggs and use the rest for vege dip. One of my favorite easy meals!
