Has anyone ever cooked it? I saw some recipes for soups and stir-frys that looked good but wanted to get feedback on the texture and flavor. JenninTenn Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 Jinkse, I'm sure you long-since found something to do with your Opo, but as summer variety, it ought to take well to any cooking method you'd use with Zucchini or yellow squash.
