vitamins ok with diet?

You should check your vitamins for off plan ingredients (vitamin d often has rice bran oil, for example). If they have non-compliant ingredients you can skip them during the whole30 or seek alternatives that meet plan guidelines (i have a vitamin d supplement in olive oil, for example).


EDIT: to be clear, if you are on prescription meds that have off-plan ingredients, you can talk to your doctor or pharmacist about alternatives BUT if the med you need does not come without sucrose, say or whatever, continue taking it anyway. The whole30 does not ask you to give up medically necessary prescriptions. Work with your doctor on the right time and context for changing meds.
