I am new to this, but I heard about it in February and I am so excited to start! I am gluten intolerant and I have been developing more sensitivities to foods like rice and dairy products, and I think my body just needs to heal! I'm the only one at home...and a college student so any tips or ideas that have helped any of you would be very useful! I'm trying to figure out the whole sharing fridge/ pantry thing. I love the idea of freezer meals because I'm always on the run and could use some help there! :)

Allie, come and join us on our thread." Whole30 starting 24/9/14". This is mine and Davids 2nd W30, but some of the others are still in their 1st. We just started this new thread and some of the women haven't joined us as of yet, but we were very supportive on our last thread and will be on this one too. We can help you out and give you advice when we know the answers. Anyway come over and say hi and join us.
