kgiron
Hi all! My sister has recently completed her first Whole30 and her results have encouraged me to give it a go. I'm so excited, and also kind of nervous, but I'm ready to make a change. Hoping to find some support here (my husband is going to try it with me, but I don't know that he's as committed as I am). Looking forward to making some new friends!

mmathioudak
Hi everyone! My partner and I are starting a new life together on Oct 1st by moving in together. In celebration of our new happy and healthy life together we also decided to make the first 30 days in our new home WHOLE30 days. I am so tremendously excited for all of this change. Hopefully we can support each other through this. <3 T-minus 6 days!!!!!

Tumbi7
Alright guys. So this morning I woke up, just completing my first whole 30. Stepped on the scale, and was amazed to see that I lost 13 pounds. I'm super excited. I still need to loose some more. I know it shouldn't be about the number on the scale only, but I can't help be be motivated by it. I have knee problems. My specialist doesn't want to operate until I loose some weight. The last few years I've had a hard time keeping the weight off, I have hypothyroidism. I've been told my weight will fluctuate, and that it will be even harder when I get older. I used to not think much of it, until I hit 30. I can now actually see myself getting back to the weight I was 7 years ago (it no longer seems like an unrealistic goal), a healthier, more energetic me. I can't wait!
