I have tried to incorporate the best foods and meal planning in our home, but since I've found Whole30 I'm realizing there are many bad habits that need broken - especially from sugars. I'm definitely doing this to be more about breaking habits than losing weight, but that will be a great bonus. I'm really excited to see what happens and hopefully find a new way of living with a Whole30 mindset. I'm praying my husband and kids will enjoy the next 30 days and be happy with what they see happening to me and want to join me! Now that would be awesome!!
