jena504 Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 I'm on Day 22 of the Whole30, and in the past week or two I've been having trouble eating. I feel hungry but as soon as I eat a few bites, I feel either full or just unwilling to eat anymore. I've been trying to force myself to eat, although nothing seems appetizing to me. I know it's important to change things up and try new recipes, which I have, but it still doesn't help my desire to eat.
