Nothing is appetizing to me...

I'm on Day 22 of the Whole30, and in the past week or two I've been having trouble eating.  I feel hungry but as soon as I eat a few bites, I feel either full or just unwilling to eat anymore. I've been trying to force myself to eat, although nothing seems appetizing to me.  I know it's important to change things up and try new recipes, which I have, but it still doesn't help my desire to eat.  I certainly don't want to be eating too little and not get the nutrition that I need.  Has anyone else gone through this?  Suggestions?

Hi Jena, this isn't unheard of, but there isn't one answer that will definitely fix it.

 

How's your carb intake? If you bump it up a little bit, you might be able to encourage some more feelings of hunger? Mostly, I'd just do your best to ride it out. Your whole30 is almost over, so I'm thinking that you can probably trust what your body is telling you.

 

Have you been more stressed out recently than normal?
