Maud
Hi everyone! I live in Quebec, Canada and I cannot find coconut butter and coconut flakes. Can you help me with that?
Michele Larocque
amazon.ca might be able to help, or larger natural foods markets depending on where you live. Where are you? I'm from Québec, near Sutton, and lived in Montréal for 15 years.

Corinne
Hello, I live in Montreal and started the Whole30 on July 23rd. I found coconut flakes ad coconut flour in natural food stores and even at Loblaws. I have not yet found coconut butter in Montreal.
son.et.lumiere
In Montreal, Ecollegey (http://www.ecollegey.com/) has Artisana coconut butter. Many grocery stores sell "coconut cream" in a box that is essentially coconut butter. In our Super C it's in the ethnic food aisle. The quality might not be the same but it's pretty cheap. I find coconut flakes in the organic aisle at IGA, with the nuts and beans. Bulk Barn has coconut flour.
