I have always been pretty active but didn't may much attention to my diet till a few years ago. After learning more about whole foods I have been a huge advocate. The problem is I cheat A LOT & also have a huge appetite. So I tend to yo-yo a lot between 10-15 lbs and I am so tired of it. I also started to have numerous health issues at the beginning of this year and I am not even 30 yet. My goal is to take charge of my health and to kick off the year of my 30's right! I think the hardest part of the whole 30 for myself will be the no legumes and no alcohol. I love black beans and wine! LOL I am also nervous for all the events I have coming up with friends/family.
