Gearing up for tomorrow's start!  I've done 3 others, the most recent was last October-ish and I was pregnant.  Now I am breastfeeding my 8 month old.  Due to stress (and life with a hubby, 6 year old and 8 month old) I've nose dived into the bag of chocolate chips one too many time (like everyday, it's ridiculous).  Time to get back in gear!

Day 1

Breakfast

Coffee with coconut milk

Eggs with spinach and mushroom

Melon, avocado

Few nuts as I packed daughters lunch

Lunch

Kale salad with mango, shredded coconut, chicken and EVOO

Snack

Pumpkin, banana, coconut milk and pumpkin pie spice, as a smoothie, due to poor planning. It was bland and got me through my work out but wish I would have had a sweet potato and protein instead.

Post workout

Carrots and olives

Dinner

Bacon wrapped chicken with chili lime mayo

Smoky sweet potato

Bite of acorn squash from prepping 8month olds food

Coconut water and mango kumbacha as well as regular water through out the day.

Day 1 was a rough start for me as I prepped food over the weekend but most of it was gone by today. Here's to tomorrow!!!

Humor for the day....when I was making mayo I tried to crack the lemon on the counter to get it open!!! A sure sign I do a lot of egg crackin' at my house

Greetings Danielle ~ I jumped in the ring October 1 as well.  I workout 4 times a week and eat fairly clean.  The trigger was when my 5 year old son told me, "Dada, you're getting a little chubby."  My 3 year old daughter nodded in agreement.  So I thought, "1.  You're right.  2.  Oh yeah, watch this!"  I completed my first W30 November 2013 and had a fantastic experience.  So it sounds like you and I are on the same cycle.  Time to tighten things up.  That's funny regarding the lemon egg.  :)

Day 2....it's been hectic but alas here it is

Breakfast

Coffee and coconut milk

Eggs, beets and cinnamon apples

Lunch

Cold leftover spaghetti squash with meat sauce

Pre work out

Chicken strip and another beet

And a "apple pear"

Post workout

Red peppers, odd I know lol

Dinner

BBQ beef with coleslaw and sweet potato chips

Still hungry so eating cherries with coconut milk would have ate broccoli or Brussel sprout if someone would have cooked it lol

Had coconut water and water through out the day. Also nibbled on compliant veggies fruits as I was in kitchen off and on getting stuff done.

Humor for today....got in a fight with homemade mayo...I won!! Lol

Also FINALLY got my first double under!!! Feeling accomplished!

I'm still here!!  Just been a C.R.A.Z.Y few days!  Everything has been compliant though! 

 

So moving on to

 

Day 6! lol

Breakfast

Coffee with coconut milk

Chorizo/sweet potato egg bake

Ranch

Avocado

 

Lunch

Pulled pork and sweet potato

 

Snack

Buffalo chicken lettuce wrap with ranch and tomoato

 

Snack

Chicken apple sausage, half avocado and few slices red pepper

 

Dinner

Sweet potato and chili

Banana (only decent look option while at work as I was still hungry).

 

Had a slice of kombacha jello earlier in the day as well.

 

Water too.
