Day 28!

Yay !! This time around was as great as the first;)

I signed up for the newsletter and I really enjoyed the reads everyday!

I signed up 2 days after I started though, so they are 2 days behind me.

I feel really good - clothes are fitting better, others notice that the puffiness is gone. I'm just going to continue eating like this...I will take one day ( because I want a chai tea latte) then it's right back to eating whole 30 style;).

Why keep going? Well, I feel great, no more gerd-yay;). I'm still overweight... I am going to add exercise in as a challenge for the next 30 days too;)
