Avocado is a good source of fat. You don't require added fat when eating whole eggs as eggs come with a good amount of fat along with the protein, but it is okay to add avocado to eggs. Ideally, we want you to add veggies to your breakfast. My favorite breakfast veggie is cold sauerkraut. Many people go with tomatoes or a mushroom, onion, spinach mix. I mention this because many people do not eat enough as they begin a Whole30.
