RGJax2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 I know that Whole30 isn't about fasting, but there are occasions, medical and religious, where one must. So, staring down the barrel of a 24 hour complete fast, what are strategies to make it easier within the Whole30 compliant structure? Do I up my veggie carbs or lower them the day before the fast?
