dnk29
They say they only have fruit as the only ingredients in them, and are paleo compliant, but they have a pretty high sugar content (19g). Are they whole30 compliant?
missmary
They are technically compliant. I would consider these as emergency food, similar to Lara bars, but actually a little worse because they don't offset those natural sugars with fat from nuts--proceed with caution. Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 2, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 2, 2014 We want you to eat actual fruit, not fruit that has been processed into a bar. Eating bars is the style of eating you are leaving behind, not the new world of real, whole foods that you are embracing.
jt1952
I am in full agreement with eating all natural.... just ran across it and wondered if it might be ok in a pinch! Sometimes...you get stuck and just need something... I cannot do the lara bars as I am allergic to dates. so was looking to see what else might be available ....should a need arise...Been on the whole 30 plan for a week...LOVING iT!
