Fitting in breakfast with pre and post workout meals.

I am on day 3 and loving this plan so far!! I was hoping for some feedback on if this sounds ok or if I should make some adjustments

So I usually run I the morning so I hve been waking up, eaton y pre workout meal waiting a bit for it to digest, then running. When I get back I have my post workout meal. Then later on in the day I have my breakfast lunch and dinner.

Today I am limited on time and was thinking about combining my breakfast and post workout.

There doesn't have to be a huge lapse between breakfast and post workout...30 minutes perhaps. However if you are doing a normal training run (not a long run or something intense like speedwork) then you are probably fine just combining the 2 every once in a while.
