weeyin13 Posted October 5, 2014 Share Posted October 5, 2014 Hi I am on day 4 and so far doing ok however, I have annoyed an old back injury (not by exerciseing but just standing up from a chair) so I figure on past experience I will not be able to follow my usual regime for about 2-3 weeks, pretty much the rest of my whole30. Can the whole30 be done without exercise? I don't really want to gain weight, I was hoping to maybe lose a few pounds by cutting out the crap.
