Started Aug 14 - excited for this new goal

Pretty excited to break some poor eating habits and learn a bunch new things. I'm on day 3 and can honestly say I'm enjoying the 'work' of doing this already. Very rewarding to know I've stayed on track at the end of each even though I'm only finishing up the third day but I feel I can definitely get this done and extend it beyond 30.

Cooking has not been something I have never had much of an interest and am finding myself already having to overcome that quickly.

Looking forward to this!
