7 day reset!

Time for a quick reset. I've been feeling pretty good since my aip whole30 a few weeks ago but after a couple of weeks of being busy and eating too much chocolate and wines in the evenings I've been not feeling quite a great as I was. This weekend was super busy and eating wasn't fantastic. I now have inflammation in my hands and feel sluggish. Just going to do a quick seven day reset as my husband and I are planning a whole30 in november.

Day 1

Breakfast

Orange kumara and zucchini hash with beef mince. Coffee with coconut cream

Lunch

Chicken and vege soup

Dinner

Roast chicken and steamed asparagus with roast butternut, proscuitto, pinenut and spinach (from whole30 recipes, delish), followed by pineapple.

Thanks Derek!

Had a really bad sleep last night and woke up this morning with a sore throat so I decided to skip my lunch time work out today.

Breakfast

Pulled pork, kumara and spinach with coconut cream coffee

Lunch

Chicken thigh, kumara, spinach, beetroot, coconut flakes, olive oil dressing and kombucha

Dinner

Pulled pork, kumara chips, lettuce, avo followed by pineapple and coconut cream

No definitely a cold, my kids have it too :(

Breakast

My go to breakfast this morning! Onion, bacon, pork mince and spinach hash with pan fried kumara and avo and a coffee

Lunch

Chicken, spinach and beetroot salad with kumara

Dinner

Steak, baked kumara and yam, steamed asparagus with spinach and pear salad.

Lots of kumara and spinach today!

Day 4

Breakfast

Onion, bacon, pork mince and spinach hash with kumara and spinach

Lunch

Today was paleo potluck at work so we had an amazing spread of roast veges, beetroot salad, smoked salmon, chicken, beef, bacon wrapped prunes and a delicious fruit platter. I had a little bit of everything!

Dinner

Orange and ginger chicken stirfry

Day 5 friday!

Breakfast

beef mince, bacon and spinach hash with kumara and avo and a coffee

Lunch from a cafe

Kumara, carrot and chicken salad with a green smoothie

Dinner

Kumara chips and grilled cod with lime and coriander then pineapple with coconut cream

Sooo, the weekend went slightly off track.

Saturday

Breakfast

Pork mince, proscuitto. spinach and leek hash with kumara

Lunch

Out for lunch with the kids. They had sushi and I had roast pork with kumara, pumpkin and steamed veges.

Then... my friend came over and it was such a gorgeous day that we couldn't pass up wines in the sun!

Dinner

Out for dinner with the family, we decided to go to our favourite pizza restaurant

Sunday

Breakfast

Beef, orange kumara and zucchini hash

Lunch

Pulled pork, apple, onion and cauliflower skillet

Dinner

Tandoori chicken with zoodles and a couple of ciders!

Back on track today
