I've been feeling pretty good since my aip whole30 a few weeks ago but after a couple of weeks of being busy and eating too much chocolate and wines in the evenings I've been not feeling quite a great as I was. This weekend was super busy and eating wasn't fantastic. I now have inflammation in my hands and feel sluggish. Just going to do a quick seven day reset as my husband and I are planning a whole30 in november. Day 1 Breakfast Orange kumara and zucchini hash with beef mince. Coffee with coconut cream Lunch Chicken and vege soup Dinner Roast chicken and steamed asparagus with roast butternut, proscuitto, pinenut and spinach (from whole30 recipes, delish), followed by pineapple.
