Ouch!

After doing a true whole 30 and then 27 days of another ( then the sugar dragon slayed me) I have found three wonderful foods that I must avoid now. They cause SO much pain I can't tolerate them. Avocado, fresh pineapple and Brussel sprouts. I love them all but it literally feels like a volcano is erupting in my stomach when I eat these three foods. Any ideas why???

Brussels sprouts and avocado are on the "Be Careful" list for FODMAPs.

 

Pineapple is actually on the "Safe" list...  But hey, if it causes you that much trouble, it doesn't really matter what anyone else says, does it?  

 

I have figured out apples, sweet potatoes, and asparagus are SO not worth it for me.  And I love all of those things.  :(
