LisaLulu
I generally have pretty good digestion. But like most people I get gassy from cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, ect, especially if they are either raw or leftovers. I'm just wondering if they are actually good for us if we have so much trouble digesting them? Especially when eating things like salad, asparagus, zuchinni, yams, squash, ect cause zero distress. What is the verdict?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 8, 2014 Your gassy veggies are very good for us. And veggies that are making you gassy now might not always make you gassy. Your body has the ability to develop new gut bacteria over time that may be more efficient. They cause me no problems most of the time whether I eat them raw or cooked
