ReneeMB
Today is day 17. I've been doing really well, with no issue of hunger between meals. Until today. I had a decent breakfast (4 scrambled eggs with tomato and avocado) around 7:30. I didn't get lunch until a little before 1 because of work meetings. By the time I got my meal prepared and ready, I was nauseous from hunger. This has never happened before. Now that I'm eating lunch, I'm feeling better. Is it just PMS? Anyone have any experience with this? On the plus side, I haven't even thought about chocolate, and by now I'd be on my second bar! Link to comment
Carlaccini
In general you need to eat more during PMS. I am a walking stomach right now. I can't nearly eat enough to keep my stomach happy. It's insane. My appetite nearly doubles. So eat more. Get more starchy veg in and hang tight. Link to comment
ReneeMB
Thanks for the advice. I'm definitely increasing my portions for dinner. And, I'll add in some baked sweet potato. Hopefully, it will pass in a day or two. I've gotten used to not being hungry, except at meal times! Link to comment
AmyS
I eat six VERY VERY FULL meals per day during PMS. Eat up. Link to comment
Karen
Ditto. More energy is needed leading up to your period. Eat lots of carbs right now, and eat them often! Link to comment
ReneeMB
I just want this cycle to be over so I can get back to feeling 'normal'!! Link to comment
