Day 17, PMS and starving

Today is day 17.  I've been doing really well, with no issue of hunger between meals.  Until today.  I had a decent breakfast (4 scrambled eggs with tomato and avocado) around 7:30.  I didn't get lunch until a little before 1 because of work meetings.  By the time I got my meal prepared and ready, I was nauseous from hunger.  This has never happened before.  Now that I'm eating lunch, I'm feeling better.  Is it just PMS?  Anyone have any experience with this?  On the plus side, I haven't even thought about chocolate, and by now I'd be on my second bar!
