AliciaRenee
On September 13 2014 I got the diagnosis of an eptopic pregnancy. I received a methotrexate shot and the rest is history. I am here to discuss the after effects on mind and body. I have tried doing a whole30 multiple times since this diagnoses and treatment and failed. I was wondering if anyone has been through this or had any tips. My body has major inflammation going on and I'd love to be on track with my eating. I have two young children and a puppy and my husband is not on board with paleo. I'm also on a tight budget. I have so much going against me but I truly want to. Do this. I've succeeded at a couple in the past. Any help out there? Link to comment
Celeste
I have nothing helpful, except to say I'm sorry to hear you have had to endure such a tough experience emotionally and physically. {{hugs}} I hope someone who has had to deal specifically with this challenge can chime in as well. Good luck. Link to comment
Guest
So sorry to hear you're going through a rough time Is it feasible to eat paleo rather than whole30 for a while - as the rules are more relaxed? Link to comment
AliciaRenee
Thank you both! Paleo might be the best way to go. It seems to help me to have specific guidelines so maybe I'll cut out sugar and breads first. I'm trying to be forgiving and at the same time not destroy my body with junk... Link to comment
