Whole30 Beginner
I am on day 18 and have experienced some potty #2 issues. I've noticed I'll go a few days without going then all of a sudden it hits me like a ton of bricks and i'm in the bathroom multiple times a day. I'm not sure what could be causing this or if this is normal. The only consistant thing I have everyday is coffee with coconut milk. Anyone have a clue? Link to comment
Mary Carmosino Beougher
I'll have that around my cycle. I've figured out by tracking that it's hormone related. I take extra magnesium. It seems to help. Link to comment
NazzaB
My #2s are very inconsistent right now. I'd put it down to an extreme shift in diet. Your body is learning to cope with the change. Link to comment
MyssLyss
During my first Whole30 I started going every morning like clockwork. I am in my second Whole30 and I am on a totally different schedule, with a different consistency (?). Has anyone experienced this? Maybe it is because my Whole30s were so close together that my body doesn't have as much "detoxing" to do? Link to comment
DishE
How does everyone go with 'consistency' of your #2? TMI I know, but things seem a lot 'looser' than normal?? Link to comment
Hutlifr
I struggled with that, and was told to try digestive enzymes...it really helped! Link to comment
