lotsoftypos Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 I am feeling very self-conscious about writing this introduction as my first language is not English, hence my username. Please bear with me anyway! Tomorrow is the start of my second Whole30! J I did the first one in July not telling anybody else than my husband. The progress I made was fantastic. I lost some weight but that was more of a side effect. What really amazed me was how much my skin cleared up and how my belly didn’t feel bloated anymore. I do like running and typically run every day. Apparently, according to my husband, that is the only way I am tolerable… On the week-ends I am usullay in the mountains hiking, snow shoeing or, in the summer, working on my uncle's farm. I come from and live in Switzerland. My challenge is to find the right ingredients here in my home country. Finding Whole30 compliant bacon is, for example, just about impossible… We’ll see!
