MelissaBlack Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 Help! Oh my goodness. Today is day 11. I am SO miserable. I have been sick since Tuesday/Wednesday with a nasty cold. Today I can barely get out of bed without feeling like I am going to passout much less work, take care of my family, or prepare a whole30 meal. I am not hungry at all however wanting comfort food - fantacies of ice cream, oreo cake balls, and chocolate chip cookies with milk are dancing through my head. Between feeling like poo and the cravings I am one unhappy camper! Besides listening to me whine I am hoping you can offer suggestions of what I should try to force down till I'm feeling better. So far today I've had: 3 eggs scrambled with ghee 1/4-1/2 cup pistachios i red bell pepper raw a few slices cucumber 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup bone broth with 1-2 oz leftover roasted chicken Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
