Guest Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 I can feel myself coming down with the flu desperate to stay on-plan, but with being ill for me comes exhaustion and my energy to cook/prepare meals etc goes down the drain. If you already have some broth, soup is a cinch. You will be craving that simple comfort food soon. And refer to the list of 3 simple meals you have as well, when in a bind.
