about to get sick...help!

I can feel myself coming down with the flu :( desperate to stay on-plan, but with being ill for me comes exhaustion and my energy to cook/prepare meals etc goes down the drain. Does anyone have any advice?

Definitely... prep all you can now!


 


Try prepping as many soups as you can and store them in the fridge!


If you already have some broth, soup is a cinch.


You will be craving that simple comfort food soon.


And refer to the list of 3 simple meals you have as well, when in a bind.


Get whatever takes the LEAST prep work...


 


Drink plenty of tea and keep us posted on how your doing, good luck, get well soon!
