Well today is day 30 of my whole 30 which I started on September 15, 2014. I will be using this forum to login every day what I eat the supplements I'm taking exercise that I am doing and how my body feels in general. So the journey after Whole30 starts tomorrow where I start making conscious choices on my well-being.

Day 31

 

My sinuses are acting up not sure why.  Sneezing, watery eyes and congested headache.  I don't normaly have sinus problems until January.

Did not sleep well last night only because I was excited to weigh and measure this morning.  Had a hard time staying motivated today.

 

Breakfast at 10:00

Chicken thigh with skin and cauliflower soup with coconut milk

Supplements Digestive enzyme, Omega 3 fatty acid EPA & DHA, Evening Primrose Oil, and a Magnesium Calcium+

 

Lunch  2:00

Pickles, Macadamia nuts, Carrot sticks

 

Dinner 8:00

Roasted Potatoes and sweet potatoes with Homemade garlic Mayo

Chicken with mushrooms and Coconut milk

Small very veggie salad with homemade dressing

Kambucha half bottle

Supplement  Magnesium Calcium+

 

Walked for 30 minutes

 

Weighted at 7:00 am 155.5

day 32

 

sinuses where really bad this morning but felt better after 10 am.  Slept better last night.  My hair looks amazing.  Work this morning.

 

B-almond butter with celery and carrots

L-2 fried eggs-potatoes-sweet potatoes-1/2 avocado  

Supplements Digestive enzyme, Omega 3 fatty acid EPA & DHA, Evening Primrose Oil, and a Magnesium Calcium+

D-chichen with mushrooms-cauliflower soup with almond milk

Day 33

 

woke up with energy still have sinus but only a few sneezing.  Did not drink any tea today?  work this morning

 

B-9:00 apple small larabar

L-1:30 2sorw chicken and broccoli stir fry with potatoes and sweet potato -kiwi

really low energy after lunch took a nap could be from not eating a proper breakfast

Day 34

B- 9:00. Large serving of chicken mushroom and broccoli

Worked in the yard for 5 hours

D 9:00 pm. Hamburger peppers egg with almond milk. Very veggie salad bsorw

Supplements digestive omega 3 Primrose oil. Magnesium / calcium

Small amount of allergy sneezing A little bit guppy today

Day 35 Sunday

 

Feeling a bit down early in the day

 

B at 10:00 grapefruit

L at 1:00 large chicken with garlic mayo over spring mix

D at 8:30 glass of white wine  small egg hamberger and chilies

snack 5 dried figs nuts

 

Supplements Digestive enzyme, Omega 3 fatty acid EPA & DHA, Evening Primrose Oil, and a Magnesium Calcium+ thermal fit at dinner

bedtime magnesiu Calcium

 

No Sinus today

Day 36

Monday day off

worked in the yard for 6 hours

felt pretty good most of the day

B-9:00 egg, pepper thing with garlic mayo  tea

D-8:00 pork chops with Salsa green beans with almonds and butter  2gww

Day 42 - 1

Back to the Whole 30 but it will be possibly a whole 20. The last 12 days after my first whole30 all the food I ate was compliant except for the wine.

L power green salad mix with chicken and paleo garlic, basil mayo and some olive oil

D chuck roast with yams and onion apple sauce. Green beans stew with tomatoes and onion and garlic

Drink cranberry-apple cider-lime-club soda

Supplements Digestive enzyme, Omega 3 fatty acid EPA & DHA, Evening Primrose Oil, and a Magnesium Calcium+ thermal fit, vitemins

Stomach was very very gassy and bloated after dinner

Day 43-2

B- 8:30 beef chuck stew with yams and onion apple sauce. Stewed green beans
