sfbetht
As part of reintroduction I determined that both dairy and gluten do not make me feel great - gluten in particular. I was trying to limit gluten but had a few beers while on vacation and some pretzels while traveling on Sunday. Since then, I have not had any gluten OR dairy - but my stomach is still totally jacked up! In your experience, how long does it take to clear these "toxins" from your body? Keeping my diet 100% compliant in the hope I get back to my new normal ASAP.

nowiswhen
I read where some people with celiac take benadryl when they discover they have been accidentally glutened. I tried it when I was desperate and it cut the recovery time in half. But I only took it at night because it makes me toooo sleepy.
