I find that the Worlds Healthies Foods website is an excellent resource for what you are looking for. Check it out, all of the information you are looking for is there and I regularly use it as a resource. It is not a paleo or whole 30 site as they are not opposed to grains and beans and seem to skew towards low fat cooking methods but the emphasis is certainly on meat, fish, and veggies.
