SymJax
I just found Whole30 today and I was wondering about supplements. As a rule I take a daily vitamin and fish oil. I drink varying organic green teas for different issues I have. I drink apple cider vinegar in the morning. I take magnesium when needed. But I have a box full of different supplements and was wondering if these are something I should be taking while on this program, or should I simply rely on the food? Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 15, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 15, 2014 The supplements you mention are okay during a Whole30 as long as they don't have off-plan ingredients like corn starch, soy, etc. You can eat enough fish to not need fish oil and you can eat well enough to not need a multi-vitamin, but you can supplement if you like.
