Cyndi Lou
OMG I lost 15 pounds went from 170 to 155 in my first Whole30. I'm doing 60 days but could not help myself and had to weigh and measure. I not only lost weight but I am feeling better and happier. At age 58 weight gain comes easier and loosing is harder. I have been dieting for the last 15 years and and have tried every diet out their even HCG shots only to gain the weight back and more. My ideal weight is 130-132 so I still have a ways to go but now have a great start and a perfect plan that will be not just for 60 days but will be a life style change. Thank you Dallas & Melissa Hartwig. Measurements Breast 42 to 39 lost 3 inches Belly Button area 42 to 38 1/2 lost 3 1/2 inches Buttocks 41 to 39 lost 2 inches

Cyndi Lou
Hi Cyndi, What progress!! I am on Day 51 myself, of many more to go, too. And I'm just a little younger than you, at 50. Looking forward to seeing your Day 60 photos!! How are you feeling? What other changes are you noticing? Thanks for the post. How I feel is up and down some days are good and others are down. I have been dealing with mild depression so not being able to pasifiy myself with food and alcohol is diffecult but the good part is that I am learning to deal with my emotions and life's ups and downs and I am so glad I am where I am right now. Changes are that I am sleeping much better at night when I am not having crazy ass dreams or getting up to go the the bathroom. The fungi infection across my nose and forehead that showed up about a year ago is unnoticeable and hopefully healing after spending hundreds of dollars with a specialist that did not help. 15 pounds has made a big difference in how I look my face always shows first when getting skinny or fatter. Over all I am feeling so much better and like I have a handle on my decisions and not just going with the flow. How about you.
