Alisonouchna
I am doing awesome on whoe 30, and loving every second of it. However, my lips are dry chapped, corners are cracking. I look like a clown. I exfoliate and put natural lip balm (lanolin for nipple chap actually) and nothing is helping. I thought it was the tea - or the cinnamon in the tea. Its not as I have not had tea in 3 days and no relief. I read the chapped lips forum and read that I may be deficient in a vitamin -- which one?? I need something to ease this pain -- it hurts and I want it to go away!!! Thank you!! Alison
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 16, 2014 Moderators Share Posted October 16, 2014 I found a good list of the top ten reasons you might have chapped lips. Too much vitamin A was mentioned, but no vitamin deficiencies. Read through the list and see what you might need to adjust... http://www.symptomfind.com/health/causes-of-chapped-lips/
peace_positive
I'd try putting coconut oil on it. It seems to help heal faster.
