I still have extremely low energy, which then makes all this meal prep hard for me to do. Tonight I'm hungry but don't have a taste for anything good. I just want some bread. Groceries are getting low and I don't have energy to go shopping - frankly, shopping stresses me out. I'm faced with eating more eggs for breakfast tomorrow, but since I'm sick of them I'm worried I will end up skipping breakfast altogether...ideas? Encouraging words? HELP?! :-) Link to comment
