keithandcarrie Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 Hi! Keith and Carrie here! Starting the Whole 30 on Saturday the 18th of October. Needing this additional accountability and ready to hit it hard! We already know how to eat healthy, shop on the outside of the grocery stores, work out, etc, but it's DOING it that's been our struggle this year. Our #1 goal is to be healthy, light and lean and we know this is the way to do it for us. I love the no cheating rule. And we fully intend to follow it.
