Is eating before exercise required for Whole30 to work?

I practice Ashtanga Yoga 6 days per week and have been doing so for over 7 years. Eating before practice is a big no no for us. If you have food in your stomach while in Marichiasana D, Supta Kurmasana etc. It's coming out...


So, will skipping pre exercise snacks while on the Whole30 be a big deal?
