patfish Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 I practice Ashtanga Yoga 6 days per week and have been doing so for over 7 years. Eating before practice is a big no no for us. If you have food in your stomach while in Marichiasana D, Supta Kurmasana etc. It's coming out... So, will skipping pre exercise snacks while on the Whole30 be a big deal? Thanks! The pre-workout food is entirely optional but we do highly recommend that you eat within an hour of waking up for optimal hormone balancing.
