MichelleGRITS Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 I'm on Day 10 on my first whole30 and I read about the bloating around day 8-9. That hasn't seemed bad but this afternoon experiencing feelings like menstrual cramps and a twinge in my left side maybe where the left kidney is. Anyone else experience this? annabel Posted October 18, 2014 Share Posted October 18, 2014 My cycle gets completely messed up when I cut out grains, you could well be experiencing menstrual cramps. (Make sure you're carrying all the necessities around with you) If you keep having kidney pain though, I'd go and see a doctor just to be sure. Little breakthrough bleeding--was surprised but I know the cycle can happen earlier or later with diet changes as dramatic as going whole30.
