Yes it's my first one!  That will be a tough mountain but you can do it!  Mine is crunchy salt things... chips, crackers, nuts.  I don't think I'll include hardly any nuts (only macadamia) as a healthy fat contribution because they're definitely a trigger!  Send me a friend request if you like; there are a couple others starting that day.  Maybe we'll make our own 10/27 thread :-D
