Alexian28 Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 Yes it's my first one! That will be a tough mountain but you can do it! Mine is crunchy salt things... chips, crackers, nuts. I don't think I'll include hardly any nuts (only macadamia) as a healthy fat contribution because they're definitely a trigger!
