Jason The book It Starts With Food goes into a lot more detail about why the rules are what they are, so if you're interested in learning that, I'd recommend it. And if you want to see if specific questions you have about certain foods have been addressed here on the forum before, you can google Whole30 and whatever you're wondering about, that usually works better than using the search function up at the top of the forum. Thank you. We are planning on getting the book, my wife has said the reasons are in there, so I should know before too long.
