Hello everyone!  I am starting my second Whole 30 today.  I am really excited and nervous all at the same time.  I did this once in the past and it went really well, but I fell off course along the way.  I need to get my cravings (sugar AND fast food... UGH) under control and get back to a health weight.  I have put on 40 lbs in the last year and I need a complete reset.  I look forward to this new journey and getting to know some awesome people along the way.  Here's to health and happiness!
