sugar substitutes in my compounded hormones

I just checked with my pharmacy and was informed that my compounded hormones have a small amount of stevia and acacia added to make the hormones palatable.  Will this have an effect on the effectiveness of my whole30?

Whole 30 policy is that Drs orders/prescribed meds trump Whole 30 rules. 

I also take a prescribed supplement that contains a small amount of stevia and have not noticed it specifically triggering my sugar dragon.

one thought: although Deb is correct, dr's orders trump whole30 rules, if this is truly a compounding pharmacy they should be able to make it for you without sweeteners. --worth asking.
