Hi, I'm Beth and after 3 months of myself working with a health coach (and losing 8 pounds), my college senior, engaged daughter suggested that we do this together (along with her fiance).  Since she has horrible eating habits, I couldn't possibly say no.  So here we go!

I started today too! I made the Chocolate Chili last night for this evening's dinner - chili always tastes better after a day or two in the fridge. I had a bit of it on my breakfast eggs this morning. It's delicious! I'm thinking of putting some of the chili in ice cube trays, freezing it, then it will be readily available as my egg-topper for a quick breakfast.
