First Whole 30: day 2......dragging

can't believe we're so far out!  12 days!  woot!  Soooooo happy that these 30 days include halloween.  I always regret eating the treats - and they are such low quality (as a dark chocolate fan, that is) and so disappointing, but so so so tempting!  

I feel like I'm "off the hook" this year!  Yay!  

Hubby and son are out trick or treating, I'm giving out candy, and marinating some ahi tuna in coconut oil, lime juice, and coconut aminos for dinner with yam and cauliflower!

I'm frustrated. It seems like I'm stuck with GI distress from stuff that shouldn't cause any reactions. I've eaten compliant food and still have pretty major distress. Eggs, maybe? Potato and meat, what the hell? Sweet potato, nope nope nope. And today, chicken gave me diarrhea! This is completely out of ordinary, I am not used to having any kind of GI distress from any food. Seems so unfair and I'm downright angry - I mean where do I get my carbs if I can't eat any tubers and rice is off-limits. Dude!
