I heard about Whole30 from a friend, she just completed her month and you can tell how much her health has improved. So, I've decided to commit myself to doing a Whole30!


I'm looking forward to the challenge and to learn how my body should feel in a healthy 'environment'. What I want to get out of this is to gain an understanding of what foods are making me struggle with losing weight, I want to learn the best way to maintain a healthy body, and I want to feel fresh and full of energy to help me adopt a more whole and healthy lifestyle.
