conniebug Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 Hi All! I'm roasting two chickens this weekend and makings stock from the bones. I thought I'd also make some beef bone broth. I had planned on asking for some bones (not sure they will even sell them) to make this. My store does not carry organic or grass fed meat. Would it still be worth it to make bone broth? Thanks!
