rhuot12
I've done a whole30 before with great results. However, I've fallen into really bad habits and have a few failed whole30s under my belt. I really need to change my relationship with food instead of just procrastinating it for a 30 days. I'm just not sure how to turn into a person who doesn't want to eat everything all the time... So I have to do a real whole30 and then really focus on the re introductions. Im just so all or nothing; more all than nothing, but I'm determined to make some major changes! I have a meal plan started, so wish me luck.
JustJoyce
Sounds like you're determined, so that is probably a good start. I am starting today, and want to change my relationship with food too - eating when bored or tired, especially. I am determined to shake the sugar habit. See you around the forums. kirkor
Have you noticed any commonality in the previous instanced when you've had a failed W30? Any plans for passing those hurdles this time around?
