Time for another round!

I wasn't going to log this round but after a perfect day one I've decided to keep myself accountable for the next 29. I'm doing aip as it seems to work the best with my skin and inflammation issues.

Day 1

Breakfast

Onion, apple spinach and pork mince hash with kumara and avocado, black coffee

Mid morning

Black coffee

Lunch

baked kumara, chicken thigh, mushroom, spinach with baby carrots and beetroot

Dinner

Nom nom paleo's crockpot chicken and gravy with spring carrots, brocolli, asparagus and roasted butternut pumpkin then two strawberries

Really need to work on increasing water intake. Only two glasses today :-(

Day 2

Breakfast

Pork mince, apple, onion, spinach hash with kumara and avo, black coffee

Morning tea

Fruit platter served at a work meeting with black coffee

Lunch

Chicken thigh, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach cooked in leftover gravy and roast butternut and kumara

Dinner

Garlic and herb marinated chicken, green salad and orange kumara followed by strawberries and coconut cream

Day 3

Breakfast

Pork mince, apple, onion and spinach hash with kumara and avocado, black coffee

Lunch

Meatballs, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach and gravy on baked kumara, kombucha

Dinner

Steak, mashed cauli, brocolli and carrots, pineapple with coconut cream

Day 8

Breakfast

Orange kumara topped with avo, bacon and lettuce

Lunch

Chicken, spinach, kale, mushroom, zucchini and olive with kumara and asparagus

Dinner

Chicken, cauli, pear, beetroot and asparagus. Pineapple and coconut cream.

2 litres of water

Day 12

Breakfast

Plantains, bacon, spinach and kale - not enough food :-(

Lunch

Chicken salad, sans dressing, I was out and none were compliant - again not enough food

Dinner

Beef burgers with lettuce, cucumber, pineapple, caramelised onion and parsnip chips

Between last night's terrible sleep and today's bad food, I'm feeling pretty crappy this evening. Need an early night!

Day 13

Feeling much better today and it was shopping day so breakfast and lunch were clean out the fridge meals

Breakfast

Kumara, mince, courgette, onion, coffee with coconut cream

Lunch

Kumara, mince, courgette, asparagus, spinach and kale

Dinner

Chicken drums, spinach, kale, apple, green onion, cucumber and beetroot salad with golden kumara

Day 14

Breakfast

The usual

Lunch

Stirfry chicken, mushroom, zucchini and onion with a spinach, cucumber and beetroot salad, balsamic viniagrette

Dinner

Kumara, steak, brocolli and asparagus followed with strawberries, pineapple and coconut cream

Oooo kirkor, lucky! I've sent my son to nana's tonight, so hopefully a good night sleep is in store tonight!

Kumara, lamb mince, zucchini, onion, black coffee

Lunch

Sardines, onion, mushroom, kumara, asparagus and spinach

Dinner

Lemon rosemary chicken legs, butternut squash, carrots and broccoli

Chicken with tomato and zucchini at my sister in law's. The tomato affected my skin and there was nothing else I could eat so I was hungry later and ate a bowl of pineapple and strawberries with coconut cream

Day 18

Busy busy day and really unprepared :-/

Breakfast

All compliant but not template breakfast bowl out for breakast

we spent the day spring cleaning, it's a public holiday. Didn't stop for lunch and snacked on some baby carrots

Dinner

Steak, snow peas, salad of rocket, pear, cucumber and avo with viniagrette, plantain and kale chips. We were soooo hunry and ate heaps!

Salad, rocket, spinach, radish, cucumber, avo, asparagus, beetroot, balsamic dressing with pork

Dinner

Meatloaf, kumara and broccoli, pineapple with coconut cream

Apple and fennel salad, kumara, mushrooms and chicken thigh

Snack

Jerky

Dinner

Baked hasselback orange kumara, bacon wrapped chicken, steamed carrot,brocolli and cauli. Pineapple with coconut cream

Orange kumara, bacon, apple, onion, kale. Again not enough protein, so

Dried apples :-/

Dinner

Chicken, brocolli, cauli, butternut squash, kumara. Not my best day!
