I'm working on creating a meal plan right now and it isn't as easy as I thought it would be. If anyone has any delcious recipes, can you please share with me? Unfortunately my diet is not very healthy, it's basically made up of carbs and sugar (I love to bake) so I'm very nervous to try this. I'm constantly tired, I have stomach issues and my skin is pretty bad so I figured it's time to take the plunge and do something for my health. I'm very excitied I found this forum so I can talk with others who are struggling and those who have mastered the Whole30 and can offer encouragement.
