joybedford Posted November 1, 2014 Share Posted November 1, 2014 Hi I am Joy I am starting my 3rd whole 30 today. My diet has been awful lately and I have put on a lot of weight. I have fibromyalgia, IBS and gastritis. I have 3 kids with special needs and need to get healthy again. I am so sick of being sick and I pain all the time.
