drtracyb
I have several cookbooks that give 30 day templates - the most recent being Against all Grain's Meals Made Simple, and the Paleo Approach Cookbook. Has anyone followed and stuck to one of these templates for a whole month? It sounds fun but a little labor intensive, as I have been doing whole30/paleo for a year and have fallen into a rut of a few favorite meals that I rotate between. Physibeth
I started my paleo journey roughly following one of these. It was helpful for me getting started because I didn't have to come up with recipes while I tried to make major food changes. However most of these (including the one I did) are not necessarily Whole30 compliant so if that is your goal just make sure you check the meal plans against the rules and food template and make adjustments as necessary.
