Starting today

Hi all, I am excited and petrified to be starting my Whole 30 journey today. I have previously attempted a Whole 30 twice, and never made it past the midway point. My husband is not all in with it, but he is 3/4 of the way in and promises to help with meal prep and clean up. He has also promised to not sabotage my efforts by bringing home sweets for me.

In addition to being 40 pounds overweight, I have type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and depression/anxiety.

Today's plans are to get the remaining Halloween candy out of the house, go grocery shopping, cook lots of food and to follow the plan.

Looking forward to getting healthy.
